We have made every effort to display product colours, textures, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen accurately reflects the true appearance of our products.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales to certain regions or jurisdictions, and discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited by law.

We do not warrant that products will meet your expectations or that errors in the service will be corrected. Purchasing decisions are made at your own discretion.

SECTION 4: Fragile & special-care items

Whimsy Ware carries a range of fragile homewares including ceramics, glassware, and decorative pieces. Please note the following:

Unboxing video requirement: A clear, unedited, and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claims relating to damaged, broken, or missing items. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.
Packaging: We take care to pack all fragile items securely, but we cannot be held liable for damage caused by mishandling during transit by third-party courier services once the parcel has left our facility.
Reporting damage: Any transit damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence and your unboxing video. Claims raised after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Care instructions: Please follow any care instructions provided with your product. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, use, or storage.

SECTION 5: Orders, billing & payment

By placing an order, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Whimsy Ware for the purchase of the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or orders with suspected fraudulent intent.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. Credit card and payment data is always encrypted during transfer. In the event of an order modification or cancellation, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

SECTION 6: Shipping & delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Only prepaid orders are accepted. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. For any queries regarding your shipment, please use the order tracking facility on our website or contact our support team.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

SECTION 7: Returns, refunds & exchanges

In general, you are entitled to claim a refund or exchange if we are unable to fulfil your order, or if the product received is defective or significantly different from what was described. Refund claims must be raised within the stipulated time period as outlined in our policy. Claims raised after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

For fragile items, an unboxing video is a mandatory condition for any damage claim. Please refer to Section 04 above for details.

SECTION 8: Intellectual property

All content on this website - including but not limited to logos, brand names, product images, text, design, and graphics — is the proprietary property of Whimsy Ware or is used under licence. You have no right to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in this content.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, modify, display, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this site for public or commercial purposes without our express written permission.
